Base builder is a Counter-Strike mod. You can find the mod in both Counter-Strike 1.6 and the famous Global Offensive version. Today, i’m gonna preview the CS 1.6 version, and the most know thing about. I’ll leave instructions to download the mod at the end of the post. So, keep reading for more!

Base builder is an amxmodx zombie mod. The basic idea of the game is about building barricade to protect yourself against zombies. The building is called a base, it is built using custom limited blocks that you can move around the map (using +use, E button) and differs from a map to another.
How to play:
The gameplay of this mod is very simple! The round consists of 3 different phases allowing builders (humans) to build their bases and hide inside.
Building phase: In this phase of the round, builders start building their bases. Using the different blocks in the map, they have to team up ending with an objective of creating a base where they can hide and survive to the end of the round.
Preparation phase: During this phase, all humans (builders) are respawned. Their objective is to get into their bases is a limited amount of time. This phase is made most likely to protect the zombie team against any type of abusing. So, that makes sure that they are able to access to human bases in a regular amount of time and the base is accessible at the first place.
Defend phase: This is the real game phase! Where zombies should attack and humans should defend. This phase make the real gameplay. In this phase, humans have to choose weapons to defend themselves while zombies are released to attack.
The game ends by the death of all humans, every time a zombie dies he’s respawned to attack again. So, it’s impossible to kill all the zombies basically. However, the human objective is to survive to the end of the round which allows them to win the game!
